A palavra das testemunhas nos casos de defloramento, sedução e estupro (Irati-PR, 1930-1950)
Abstract
The crimes of defloration, seduction, and rape, when they were in force in the letter of the law in the first half of the 20th century, were characterized by being practiced away from the presence of witnesses. As they could hardly inform about the event itself, the requested people narrative was organized around the shift towards women’s social behavior. In this research, we intend to present the discursive themes that were part of what was said by the witnesses in the cases of said sexual crimes, during the 1930s and 1940s, in the judicial documents assessed in the Irati District, in the country of Paraná.
