In this article, through drafts that will illustrate them in practice, three procedures are presented regarding the playwriting creative process developed by the author in the thesis Insight playwriting and the textual practice of mindfulness. They all aim to bridge together mindfulness and text and, therefore, have as motto or guiding principle one of the four fundamentals of the practice (Body, Sensations, Mind, Dhammas) and their respective exercises.
