Abstract

The nursing administration process in hospitals is a dynamic and complex system and is an endless source of studies in understanding organizational processes. This article is an attempt at describing the process of nursing administration from the point of view of complex systems, guided by some theoretical guidelines of service production systems and the feasibility of a self-organizing system. This includes aspects of inter-relation and organization in hospital nursing processes from the point of view of functional or operative feasibility of self-organization in the organizational structure and of nursing administrative practice management.
