This is a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory study that aims to know the perspectives of the nurses regarding the Systematization of Nursing Assistance (SNA) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), in order to guide its implementation. The SNA may provide early detection of complications during nursing assistance. We conclude that SNA may benefit the patient by providing a more humane, efficient, and technique care, with positive results to all participants. It is an activity of most importance that must be done with professionalism and not only to fulfill the law.Downloads
