Public policy analysis: an approach towards the information public policies

Abstract

Information public policies are, each time more, goal of governmental actions and subject of scientific research in some fields of the knowledge. Public policy analysis can contribute for Information Science studies on information public policies. This requires to understand the paper of the State as producer and accumulator of information and its implications in the contemporary society. Theoretical and methodological aspects are suggested to be considered in information public policies research
