Mediation of information within the archive

Abstract

The Archival offers tools and techniques essential in the archival processing, as well as procedures and scientific base capable of providing adequate treatment to documents in their various contexts. The first requirement of the documentary refers to a mediation system, in which the classificatory techniques are of prime importance for the organization of information. However, it is necessary to reflect on the end destination of mediation, to whom and for what it organizes masses documentary and emerging result of which the relationship between document-user. The human mediation from the appropriation of archival information presented in conducive conditions for the production and / or modification of knowledge, ensuring a clear mediation of information within the archives.
