Language as a means of information representation or as a means of information communication

Abstract

Traditionally, information representation and retrieval have as a tool formalized languages based in a language referential conception. It is proposed a new kind of fomalized language which has a conception of language as a means of communication. This language will be based in the ordinary language philosophy and in the pragmatics.
