The Dossier section of the FuLiA/UFMG magazine presents the theme FOOTBALL IN MOZAMBIQUE: art and memory through three pairs of texts that talk to each other more closely. The first two address the opening times of the Machava and Pelé Stadiums. The following articles focus on the relationship between the game and Mozambican literature, one of them in a panoramic way and the other focused on an author. The last two texts seek to reflect on how the history of football in Mozambique constitutes a performative and aesthetic social experience useful for questioning contemporary football, problematizing issues that revolve around language and identities.
